How we make money
The site is free to read and requires no account. Revenue comes from:
- Advertising. Display advertising served through third-party networks. Advertisers have no access to our editorial process and no knowledge of what we are working on.
- Sponsored content, where used. Always labelled "Sponsored", always visually distinct, never presented as independent reporting.
- Affiliate links, where used. See the Affiliate Disclosure. A commission never changes a recommendation.
What money does not buy
No commercial partner sees an article before publication, influences a conclusion, or has an article removed. If an advertiser asks for either, we decline and, where relevant, we report on the request.
